Attorney James Rolshouse has been dedicated to helping clients and victims with their claims and legal issues since 1983. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court. Attorney Rolshouse earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and completed his J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law in 1983.
A Medic's Path to the Legal Field
Before entering law, Attorney James Rolshouse spent 12 years serving others as a medic in the U.S. Army and later as a civilian paramedic. During this time, he aided countless sick and injured individuals, an experience that deeply shaped his approach to law.
Service and Sacrifice in Iraq
Attorney James Rolshouse served a 16-month combat tour in Iraq as the senior medic for the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 34th Infantry Division. In 2007, the 34th Infantry Division was redeployed to the United States after completing the longest combat tour in Iraq of any unit, whether reserve or active duty. He retired from the National Guard in September 2008.
